IMDS Release 10 is scheduled to go live on 19 November 2015 and represents an advanced version of the IMDS system with its enhancements. The central enhancement in Release 10 is the general improvement in quality of the material data sheets due to improved test routines, clear definitions and better support of the IMDS work processes. Thus, for instance predefined maximum values have been introduced by laying down clear specifications for weight deviations and test routines related to marking
