Question 1:
When I drag the PDF report of an MDS, the field with the contact person is empty. In the MDS itself, however, the contact is displayed as active. Why is that so?

Answer:
This situation will remain in the IMDS for a long time. The reason for this is that the selected contact person is no longer active. With the introduction of the GDPR (European Data Protection Regulation), all contact persons were initially set to inactive and they first had to agree to the use of their data again. This does not appear to have happened in your case.

Solution:
The easiest way is to activate the old contact person.
In the menu Administration --> Personal Settings you can determine your IMDS administrator.
The administrator can then send a reactivation request by e-mail to the deactivated contact person, who must then confirm it.

If the contact person no longer works for your company, we recommend that you overwrite the data entry and define a new contact person. The link within the database is then updated automatically the next time you export your PDF file.
