Company Merge/Company SplitOff

It often happens that the internal IMDS processes or ownership structures of a company change. This makes it necessary to reorganise the company structures created in IMDS. Two scenarios can be reflected in IMDS: Firstly, two or more IMDS companies can be consolidated into one IMDS company due to a company merger. Secondly, it is possible to separate one or more organisational units from an IMDS company and transform them into a separate IMDS company due to a company split-off.

However, before creating new companies and users in IMDS and transferring data, a few things must be kept in mind. We will assist and advise you in setting up a merger or split-off project. From the initial considerations, such as what the restructuring must look like, through analysis of the affected organisational units, users and data, right up to the actual implementation. We offer additional services at your request and even take over the administration of the new IMDS companies for you. We also conduct employee trainings.

Your contact person is always there for you and would be happy to advise you:
