Project employee for material compliance
On a freelance basis (remote from home-office)
The job we offer is avocational, that means that you can earn some extra money beside your actual job. You work from home on an hourly and project-by-project basis.
Your tasks:
- Verification of material data sheets with regard to legal and customer-specific regulations (ELV, GADSL, REACH, Conflict Minerals etc.)
- Analysis of compliance-relevant materials in material data systems such as IMDS or CDX
- Creation of materials on the basis of parts lists
- Communication with suppliers to request information and ensure that it is available of project dates
- Project-based deadline monitoring, reporting and status tracking
Your profile:
- You have relevant experience and knowledge in the fields of IMDS, Automotive, Material Compliance, GADSL, REACH, Conflict Minerals or CDX.
- Fluent English is prerequisite, German knowledge would be perfect, other languages are desirable.
- You have strong communication skills, you like to work in detail, reliably and on schedule.
Prerequisite:
- A stable internet connection (min. 16mbits)
- A PC with Windows and Office incl. Outlook
